About Autumn

Since I was a little girl I've always been moved by Photography. I have always had an eye for details & loved pretty things. After becoming a Nurse, and working in a Neonatal ICU & witnessing teeny-tiny miracles breathe life, my passion for photography really took off! I wanted to capture every sweet little moment for their Mommy's & Daddy's. I've always been artsy fartsy & had a desire to bring joy & blessings to others through some form of art. So, I decided to invest in a camera and see where my little venture would take me and here I am... A photo helps you remember. It reminds you of moments that you thought you had forgotten. A photo can remind you of your Grandaddy's strong hands. It can even remind you of a smell. I love old things from my "grandparents time"-I don't want to ever forget them.
I love old barns off long country roads. I love old glass coca cola bottles {there is nothing like an ice cold Coca-Cola out of a glass bottle}. I have a love for life, I believe in love, friendships, the beauty of a pregnant woman, the miracle of birth, children, family, "old" people, shabby chic furniture, anything vintage, CHOCOLATE & I am in LOVE with Photography!
I started this blog toshare with you my passion.
I am new at this & I am learning each and every day.
This is from my heart and I hope you are moved by the way I capture
the beauty of life in which our Heavenly Father allows me to see it
and I hope somewhere along the way you invite me to capture your life's moments.

I specialize in Natural Light Photography of Maternity, Newborns, Children and Families.
I have an eclectic photojournalistic style. I look for moment's that really tell the story.
My style is not the "posey" type. I am down to earth and like to get to know you
and make you feel comfortable, so I can capture the "REAL" you.
Every session has "it's own uniqueness".
